NOT JUST A SOAP OPERA
The score for soap injection moulding was accurately studied by Buzek Plastic. Just as the sounds in an opera must sound exactly, so do the temperatures and shear energies slide from the feeder through the screw flights into the mould.
Our special developed soap-plasticizing unit allows every temperature to sound exactly and brings soap free of bubbles and dimensionally stable quickly in its completion to solidify.

THE EXPERIMENT BELONGS TO THE PLAN
Buzek Plastic uses a specially defined experimental design to explore the ideal processing route for detergent powder with a high enzyme content of speckles. Enzymes speckles are in the assessment of destructibility at the level of raw eggs.
With Buzek Plastic, all enzymes and active ingredients arrive fresh and well packed in their desired form and wait for the development of their best washing performance.
If next time your purchased laundry detergent does not wash well, it certainly has not been produced by our process.

Buzek Plastic can press material mixtures for brake pads with injection moulding process into final format without a blocking screw together with a specially developed plasticizing cylinder.
The necessary design freedom through individually injection-moulded brake pads could made possible in the future by our technology.
